Tsujidou-san no Jun’ai Road Update #7

Hi there, time for a (late) update post.

Common Route Part 1: 100.0%
Common Route Part 2: 100.0%
Ai: 11.18%
Renna: 0.0%
Maki: 0.0%
Saeko: 0.0%
Total: 22.69%

The route’s pretty good so far. Plenty of spaghetti what Trip seems to love, and I’m also happy that Renna and Maki haven’t disappeared just yet.

There’s really nothing else to talk about, so that’s it for me this week.

See ya next time.

Tsujidou-san no Jun’ai Road Update #7

Tsujidou-san no Jun’ai Road Update #6 (Full Common Route Patch)

Hi there.

Like we promised last week, here’s the common route fully translated. The second part of the common route is significantly shorter, and is also pretty segmented. You’ll find out when you read it.

First things first, here’s the progress for this week.

Common Route Part 1: 100.0%
Common Route Part 2: 100.0%
Ai: 0.0%
Renna: 0.0%
Maki: 0.0%
Saeko: 0.0%
Total: 19.31%

Common Route Patch: Click here. This file includes the translation, the game’s executable, the crack, and the SD assets. If you play above a certain resolution, then the main menu won’t be translated.

High res assets: Click here. You will still need the file above, these are merely the HD assets, which will translate the main menu in higher resolutions.

The file below is only needed if you can’t get your game to run. We’ve had several reports that this patch is needed on PCs with Windows10 and nvidia GPUs.

Patch 1.0.3 + Crack: Click here. Please install our patch first, then the 1.0.3 patch in this 7z. A readme is included.

If you still run into any issues, please let us know here or on /vn/.

That’s it for me, Trip will start work on Ai’s route next week, so it’ll be a while before the next patch. The common route has 16199 lines, whilst Ai’s route has 25397.

That’s all for me this week, see you next time.

Tsujidou-san no Jun’ai Road Update #6 (Full Common Route Patch)

Tsujidou-san no Jun’ai Road Update #5

Hi there. Have you been enjoying the common route?

Here’s our weekly update.

Common Route Part 1: 100.0%
Common Route Part 2: 71.07%
Ai: 0.0%
Renna: 0.0%
Maki: 0.0%
Saeko: 0.0%
Total: 17.5%

We’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback so we’re quite pleased with that. Please do keep telling your opinion on the VN and our translation, cause it’ll make for a better product in the end.

Other than that, there’s not much to say.

See you next week.

Tsujidou-san no Jun’ai Road Update #4 (Common Route First Part Patch)

No point in me posting progress, cause there hasn’t been anything new translated.

Instead, here’s the first part of the common route.

Download here. Just extract the contents of the 7z into the Tsujidou root folder.

It has come to our attention that there are some issues with the patch. For one, on higher resolution the main menu is not translated. Please download this and extract it to the root Tsujidou folder. That should fix it.

People have also reported that they couldn’t get the game to work. Please download this and follow the steps in the README.txt.

If you run into any other issues, please let us know.

Here’s the Config Menu translation.

Just like I said last week, this patch’s purpose is partly to see how people react to the story/characters, and partly to get feedback on how we’ve chosen to translate the way of speaking, quirks, habits, accents, etc.

If you have any feedback, be it positive or negative, please let us know here on our blog.

We’re aware there’s an issue with the ending skits not display correctly when you quit the game. They’re displayed correctly if you go to the Skit Mode in the Extra menu however.

As for now, please enjoy the first part of the common route.

Tsujidou-san no Jun’ai Road Update #4 (Common Route First Part Patch)

Tsujidou-san no Jun’ai Road Update #3

I have some good news and some bad news this week. But let’s start off with the update as usual.

Common Route Part 1: 100.0%
Common Route Part 2: 0.0%
Ai: 0.0%
Renna: 0.0%
Maki: 0.0%
Saeko: 0.0%
Total: 13.05%

As you can see, the first part of the common route is done. The second part of the common route is only half as long as the first part, so we should be done with that soon under normal circumstances.

Unfortunately, circumstances will not be normal for the next 10 days. Triplicate will be busy starting from tomorrow and he won’t be able to translate until the 18th. Stuff like this happens, and we hope you understand.

That’s it for the bad news, but like I said; I also have some good news.

The end of the first part of the common route was pretty good, and as such we’ve decided to release a partial patch for the first part of the common route. This patch will still very much be a work in progress patch, but we feel like it’s a smart thing to do to get something tangible out there.

Reason for that is, is that we’re very curious what people think of the VN up until the point we’ve translated. By which we mean the story itself, but also our translation. We both feel we’ve captured the style of talking of the delinquents so far, but we’re very curious as to how it’s received. The speaking habits of the characters and the accents used by the characters is still something we’re playing around with, and we’ve settled on a style that we think fits.

So this patch is also a way for us to measure if people like how we’ve done that; if you aren’t happy or if you have any better alternatives, please let us now and we’ll get back to you.

The script has had one readthrough so far, so while Trip’s being MIA I’ll be going over the script again. Once that’s done Trip will check my final changes and we’ll release the patch shortly after that. This should all be done before the 18th.

Note that the patch won’t be final, and that it’ll probably see some changes in the future.

So yeah, once again, some good news and some bad news. We hope you understand.

See you next week(?)
