Tsujidou-san no Jun’ai Road Update #40 – Full Patch

I know I said two weeks, but I assume you’ll be fine with two days as well, right?

It’s certainly been a long 10 months, sadly not all of which were filled with positivity. I could go on and on about our feelings for Tsujidou, but to be honest you probably know by now what we think about the game. That’s not to say I didn’t enjoy it, I just didn’t enjoy it as much as I expected, luckily Renna route was pretty good, so we finished the project on a positive note, unlike with Hatskoi.

Trip wrote a bit on his non-review blog, which you can find here. I pretty much agree with his sentiment about the routes/girls. I just don’t know if I’d rank Saeko as a route/heroine.

We’d like to thank our hacker, rr-, very much for his continued support throughout this project. Without their help, we would not have been able to release this.

Anyhow, here’s the patch.

As always, should you find any mistakes in the script, please leave a comment on this post. We’ll post an updated script sometime in the future.

We’ll now be going on a break, after which we’ll start working on the Hatsukoi 1/1 Append Discs. If you forgot, the ‘route’ order for those Append Discs will be
Maya > Kyou > Yukino.

That’s all for me. See you next time.

Thanks a lot for this patch, I actually found this game pretty enjoyable, about to play Renna route (and have heard it is good) so thanks a lot. Is there any chance you may translate the fandisk/sequel to this (at least Inui and Azuza)

    1. littleshogun says:

According to them, no chance to translate the fandisk. They even already stated about that here, so you may give up for the chance to see fandisk translated (I knew it sounds cruel).

  2. Mijira says:

Thanks for the hard work, it’s very enjoyable. It leaves a bad aftertaste to know, that there is a fandisc an you never get to play it, though … Especially, since Inui and Ryoko are my favs.

  3. Hello. This is just a question, but…Did you ever consider translating Kajiri Kamui Kagura ? I know you probably have a lot of people asking “Could you translate x please ?” but KKK’s been insanely famous in Japan for quite a long time now despite being sold ever since 2011. And since you guys translate what you like, I thought you might get interested in this godly product.

This game is so good that quite a lot of people are willing to wait a few more years to get to play it in a translated english. If you could make the dream come true, we would owe you an eternal favor !

    1. littleshogun says:

I would say that their taste of what they play and what they translate is vastly different, and since KKK is full with some hard to translate prose (Apparently) I say that it’s fall into the former. By that I mean there would be no chance for them to translate KKK. I’m sorry to say this here.

      1. Keith says:

I would want them to translate Soukoku no Arterial, I would even donate $1000 for it to come true, that or wait for some official tranlator to open up on kickstarter and I’ll definitely pour even more money on it..

  4. well im sorry to hear you guys didnt enjoy TLing this as much as you could have, I suppose that means there is little hope for a TL on the fan disc from your crew but I am sure someone else will pick up the torch at some point, I have enjoyed Tsujidou personally (though I agree with the misgivings about the Maki route) I was looking for something Majikoi-Eqsue to read since the translation of A-3 has seen no further attention from MajiTL group (something I am still insanely depressed about) hope to see more VN TL’s from you guys though! There are not enough TL’d VNs :'[

  5. Random Toxy says:

Brilliant work translating this novel guys, quite to the professional level. However there is a bug that prevents any music from unlocking once completing an arc

I would have a requests to you. I want to translate this game into my language from original japanese and I would like to ask you what tools you used to extract and insert.

I hope you can help me.

I’ve been looking forward to this for years. Back when this game had first come out, I’d been on a bit of a delinquent kick and after reading Yandere Kanojo, I’d been on the hunt for any kind of stories with rowdy yankee girls. This game was a godsend but unfortunately, there wasn’t a translation in sight. It was one of the few games I forced myself to get through with a machine translator but I ended up never finishing it because I couldn’t understand half the game. I figured I’d just keep waiting and hope someone, maybe even Mangagamer, would eventually pick it up and translate it. I was recently reminded of the game after seeing a Tsujidou Ai made in Koikatsu and went looking again. Lo and behold, I find you guys a year late. It sucks to hear most of you didn’t enjoy it so I’m wondering why did you guys bother translating it at all? Assuming you ever read this.
